Romaine Bechir (Romie)

Romaine Bechir: Sales Trainer, Sales Consultant and Workshop Facilitator for The Sales Board, Inc. Romaine Bechir has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, coaching, consulting & business development. She has worked for organizations both large and small across a wide range of industries.

Romie joined The Sales Board in 2005 after seven years as a partner in a sales training and consulting firm. She has been involved in Sales Training and Sales Process development since 1991 and has facilitated numerous programs dealing with Sales, Sales Management, Executive Coaching, Personal Development, Forecasting and Implementation. She enjoys working with people and her personal goal is to help them overcome challenges and adversity, so they can enjoy both personal and professional success.

Romie attended the University of Minnesota and in addition to being certified in Action Selling, she has been certified in other sales training programs.
